Ingredients
1 large Avocado
1 ½ cup Soy milk
2 medium Banana
1 tabs Peanut Butter
2 tabs Rolled Oats
1 cup Ice
1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
2 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 tabs Chia Seeds
2 tabs Pumpkin seeds
2 tabs Honey
Method
- Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour everything into a bowl.
- Finally add topping ingredients with fruits, chia and pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
