KARELA JUICE
Ingredients
1 Bitter Gourd1 Green Apple
1 tabs Ginger piece, peeled and chopped
1 tabs Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper powder
Cold Water as needed
Method
- Take a bitter gourd and apple, wash it properly.
- Peel off the skin and take the seeds out.
- Slice the bitter gourd and apple into small pieces and add them into a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt and soak them in water for 10 minutes.
- Add the sliced bitter ground, apple pieces and ginger into the mixer and add water.
- Blend it into a juice and season it with salt.
- Add lemon and your juice is ready
