Baking is a dry heat method of preparing food. Baking is regularly used for bread, cakes, cookies and most of the dessert’s items.
Sautéing
Sautéing method cooking by the direct heat of a pan. It cooks food fast also sautéing keeps the texture, flavors and moisture.
Frying
Frying means cooking foods by hot fat or oils. Deep fat fried foods are very popular nowadays. It is high in fat, calories, and often salt.
Grilling
Grilling uses high heat. Grilling methods which use live fire and smoke to cook the food used sticks to create a flame over a fire and place the meat on it
Roasting
Roasting it on hot coals kills off germs that cause food poisoning. It’s a is a slow-cooking process. Roasting can be applied to a wide variety of meat.
