CREAMY FUDGE

Smooth and creamy texture fudges

Ingredients

1 can Sweet condensed milk
½ tsp Pure vanilla essence
1 cup Chocolate, roughly diced
3 tabs Unsalted butter, at room temperature
Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Line an 8x8- inch square baking tray with baking paper. Set away.
  2. Place the chocolate and butter into a large microwave oven-safe bowl, and heat in 30 min, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the condensed milk, salt and vanilla until combined. The admixture will be veritably thick.
  4. Spread the admixture into the set tray, and smooth out the top.
  5. Chill for 2- 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
  6. Cut into the square and enjoy!

PERFECT BROWNIE

Perfect brownies recipe made with cocoa powder, eggs, and brown sugar.

Ingredients

100g Butter, chopped
200g Dark chocolate, chopped
4 Eggs
250g Golden caster sugar
100g Plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
30g Cocoa

 

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees/ 160 degrees, and line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add the butter and chocolate. Melt in the microwave in 30 second blasts, stirring for a minute in between until both chocolate and butter have fully melted and blended together.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the eggs and sugar and whisk together until they form a frothy, milk-shake like consistency.
  4. Fold in the chocolate & butter mixture to the egg and sugar mixture until combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk or stir together the flour, cocoa and salt.
  6. Use a spatula to fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Don't overmix.
  7. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with crumbs and not wet batter. If you want a gooey brownie, bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Let brownies cool, then cut into squares.
