YOGHUR BITES
Ingredients
1 cup Yoghurt1 cup Fresh fruit, chopped
½ cup Sugar
Method
- In a large bowl add and whisk yogurt and sugar until creamy.
- Add the chopped fruits and mix well
- Pour mixtures into square ice tray cubes
- Place trays in the freezer for 2 - 3 hours until frozen
- Enjoy the creamy yoghurt bites.
CHEESE CRACKER
Ingredients
4 tabs Unsalted butter1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup All-purpose flour
2-3 tabs Ice water
2 tabs Cream cheese
2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F/175C and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the flour, cheese, salt and butter in a food processor until fairly well mixed.
- Add the water one tablespoon at a time and pulse until it comes together in lumps.
- Remove dough from the food processor, bring together in a ball and chill for 20min or more.
- Roll out the dough to about as thin as you are comfortable rolling then cut out as you prefer either with small
- Poke small holes into them (it will help reduce bubbled up texture).
- Put your shapes on to the prepared baking sheets and bake around 15min until starting to go golden.
- Remove from oven and cool down the crackers.
- Enjoy!
FROZEN FRUITS POP
Ingredients
½ cup Pineapple juice½ cup Orange juice
½ cup Grapes, diced
½ cup Kiwi, diced
½ cup Watermelon, diced
½ cup Strawberries, diced
½ cup Pineapple, diced
Method
- Combine diced fruit in a bowl and fill each cup with fruit.
- Add 1 tabs of juice and insert craft sticks into each cup.
- Place in the freezer a few hours until firm.
- To remove the pops from the cups, run under warm water a few seconds.
- Enjoy!
