VITAMIN C DRINK
Ingredients
1 cup Pineapple juice1 cup Orange juice
1 cup Lemon juice
1 cup Strawberries juice
A pinch of Salt
1-liter Soda water
Method
- Combine all the juice well in a big vessel and stir with the salt.
- Mix well and pour 2 tabs of this juice in each glass.
- Finally stir with the soda water.
- Keep in the refrigerator until served.

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups Orange juice1 cup Strawberries
1 medium Mango
2 medium Kiwi fruits
1 tabs Honey
1 cup Ice cubes
1/2 cup Chilled soda
Method
- In a blender, combine the fruits and juice ingredients, cover and process until smooth.
- Add ice cubes, blend until combine.
- Stir in soda and pour the juice into the tall glasses
- serve immediately.
MIXED FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 cup Banana1 cup Mango
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 cup Greek yogurt
Method
- Place banana, mango, orange juice and yogurt in blender.
- Blend on speed 5 for 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses.
- Serve immediately.
