Ingredients
1 cup Spinach
½ cup Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
½ cup Frozen Banana, slices
2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
1 cup Ice cubes
1 cup Almond Milk
Method
- Add spinach, yogurt, frozen banana slices, frozen mixed berries, ice cubes, chia seeds and almond milk to a blender.
- Cover and process on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Increase to high speed for 15 to 30 seconds until thick and smooth.
- Adjust with more almond milk if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Serve with nuts and fresh berries.
Fruits & Vegetable salad
Ingredients
1 cup Pomegranate
2cup Cucumbers
1 cup Carrots
1cup Strawberries
1 cup Apple
1 cup Grapes
1 small Red bell pepper
2 tabs Olive oil
1 tsp Lime juice
½ tsp Salt
2 to 3 tsp Sunflower seeds
½ tsp Black pepper powder
¼ cup Nuts
Method
- Combine the prepared fruit & vegetables in a bowl with sunflower seeds and olive oil.
- Add the lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with nuts and serve.
