Ingredients

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

½ cup Frozen Banana, slices

2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries

1 cup Ice cubes

1 cup Almond Milk

Method

  1. Add spinach, yogurt, frozen banana slices, frozen mixed berries, ice cubes, chia seeds and almond milk to a blender.
  2. Cover and process on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Increase to high speed for 15 to 30 seconds until thick and smooth.
  3. Adjust with more almond milk if needed to reach the desired consistency.
  4. Serve with nuts and fresh berries.

1 cup Pomegranate

2cup Cucumbers

1 cup Carrots

1cup Strawberries

1 cup Apple

1 cup Grapes

1 small Red bell pepper

2 tabs Olive oil

2 to 3 tsp Sunflower seeds

Lettuce leaves

½ tsp Black pepper powder

¼ cup Nuts

Method

  1. Combine the prepared fruit & vegetables in a bowl with sunflower seeds and olive oil.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Top with nuts and serve.
