AMLA CHUTNEY
Ingredients
100g Amla1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 sprig Curry leaves
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 pinch Asafoetida
1/4 cup Jaggery
Salt, to taste
Oil
Method
- Wash the amla and cut into half.
- Remove the seed and cut into small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients in a grinder and grind to make a smooth chutney.
- Serve with snacks and appetizers or along with Indian meals.
