FLAVOURFUL COFFEE MAKING STEPS WITH KUGANS INGREDIENTS!
INDIAN SPICED COFFEE
Ingredients
4 Cloves2 Green cardamom pods
1-inch Cinnamon stick
4 Black pepper
1 cup Water
3 cup Milk
2 tabs Instant coffee powder
2 tabs Sugar, as per taste
Method
- Mix the coffee powder, cardamom powder and ginger together in a bowl and transfer this to a coffee filter.
- Bring water to a boil and once it starts bubbling, add this to the filter like regular filter coffee. It will take some 30-45 minutes for the decoction to be filtered.
- Boil milk in a heavy bottomed vessel under medium flame until it is creamy.
- Add sugar and mix until dissolved completely.
- Pour the decoction into cups and add milk according to your taste.
- Whisk the cream until it is light and fluffy and drop a dollop into each mug.
- If needed, add little cardamom powder for more flavour.
- Garnish with grated chocolate to enrich the flavour.
- Consume it hot and fresh.
COFFEE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 tabs Chia seeds1/2 cup Milk
2/3 cup Strong coffee
1 ripe Banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1 tabs Almond butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 large Medjool d
1 tsp Cocoa powder
Ice cubes
Method
- Combine the chia seeds and milk in the blender carafe.
- Add the other ingredients and ice to the blender.
- Start the blender on low speed and gradually increase the speed until everything blends into a creamy, smooth consistency.
- Be sure to scrape down the sides and run the blender again as needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
DALGONA COFFEE
Ingredients
1 cup Full Fat Milk3 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
3 tsp Hot Water
Few Ice Cubes
Method
- In a bowl, add Sugar, Coffee, and Hot Water
- Whisk them with a hand whisk or a whisking machine till the time the mixture turns mustard in colour and becomes thick in consistency
- Take a glass, add half glass of milk and a few ice cubes
- Over the milk, pour half of this coffee mixture, and keep the other half for the 2nd serving
- Sprinkle some Drinking Chocolate on the top and dalgona coffee is ready
- Enjoy.
