3 cup Heavy Cream 

1 cup Ice Water

Method

  1. Pour the cream into the bowl of a stand mixer and whisk.
  2. Process for 10 minutes, or until the butter separates.
  3. Once it separates pour in your ice water. This helps separate the butter fully from the liquid.
  4. Gather the butter and put it in a strainer.
  5. Rinse under cold water, squeezing with your hands, until the water runs clear.
  6. butter is now ready & shape
  7. Store in the fridge for 6 weeks and use it
