INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat the Oil: In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
2. Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add Veggies: Toss in the frozen vegetables Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until tender.
4. Mix in Rice: Add frozen rice and stir well to break up any clumps.
5. Season: Pour in soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together for another 2–3 minutes.
6. Serve Hot: Garnish with sesame seeds or spring onions if desired.
