BUTTER COOKIES RECIPE
Delicious snacks to enjoy during your tea time.
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Serves: 8
REQUIRED INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup, All purpose flour (maida)
1/4 cup, Gram flour (besan)
1 tbsp, Semolina (suji)
50 grms, Salted butter
1/2 cup, Sugar powder
2-3 pinch, Cardamom powder
METHOD
Mix butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.
After that add all the dry ingredients with a strainer.
Make soft batter and a piping bag with star nozzles.
Preheat oven for 10 minutes 170 temperature. Bake the cookies for 25 minutes.
Enjoy with a cup of tea!
EGGLESS PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE RECIPE
REQUIRED INGREDIENTS
5-6, Pineapple slices (cut in ring shapes)
¾ cup, All purpose flour/ Maida
¼ cup, Powdered sugar
¼ tsp, Baking soda
½ tsp, Baking powder
A pinch of Salt
½ cup, Milk
1 tbsp, Vinegar
1 tsp, Vanilla essence
¼ cup, Oil
2 tbsp, Brown sugar/ Brown cane sugar
2 tsp, Unsalted butter
1 (glazed), Cherry
METHOD
Preheat oven at 350F/ 180C.
In a bowl add milk and vinegar. Mix well and keep it undisturbed for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes you will notice the buttermilk. Keep it aside.
Meanwhile in a small pan add unsalted butter and brown sugar. Mix it well in low to medium flame until the sugar is dissolved. This step will take about a minute. Keep this mixture aside.
Now in a bowl add all purpose flour/ maida, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well and keep it aside.
Now in another bowl add powdered sugar, milk vinegar mixture, vanilla syrup and oil. Mix well until combined well.
Now add the flour mixture to this wet mixture and mix it well until combined.
Now grease a baking tray/ cake pan, with butter/ oil. Now for the first layer add brown sugar butter mixture that was prepared earlier, spread it well. Then place the pineapple over it, then place a cheery in the middle of the bowl/ center hole of the pineapple.
Finally pour the cake batter in it. Place the oven safe bowl in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. After 30 minutes insert a toothpick in the center of the cake to check if its cooked perfectly. If the toothpick comes out clean the cake is done perfectly if you see batter in the toothpick cook it for some more time till done. When the cake looks done remove the pan/ bowl from the oven and leave it aside for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes invert the cake gently.
The upside down cake is ready. Place it on a cooling rack for just 5 minutes and using a knife slice them and serve.
CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT BALLS RECIPE

Cook Time: 30 mins
Serves: 5
REQUIRED INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup, Coconut Oil
1/2 cup, Chocolate (melted)
1/4 cup, Honey
1 cup, Dessicated Coconut
1/2 Cup, Rolled Oats
1/2 tsp, Vanilla Essence
METHOD
In a pan, add coconut oil and melt on low heat.
Turn off flame and transfer to a bowl. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract and honey. Whisk all the ingredients.
Next, add grated coconut and oats. Stir well till all the ingredients combine.
Place this bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Take a tray and line a parchment paper.
Using a scoop, take out ball sized portions and place on the tray.
Freeze for 30 minutes. Chocolate and coconut balls are ready.
You can refrigerate these in an airtight container for 7 days.
